• Ladies are not allowed inside the PG.
• Outsiders are strictly not allowed without the permission of the person in charge.
• A 1-month notice period must be provided before vacating.
• If vacating suddenly without notice, 15 days' rent will be deducted from the security deposit.
• At the time of vacating, 500/- will be deducted from the security deposit towards maintenance.
• The management is not responsible for the loss or damage of personal belongings. Occupants should keep their valuable items in the locker provided.
