- Smoking and consumption of liquor are strictly prohibited inside the PG premises.
- Ladies are not allowed inside the PG.
- Outsiders are strictly not allowed without the permission of the person in charge.
- A 1-month notice period must be provided before vacating.
- If vacating suddenly without notice, 15 days' rent will be deducted from the security deposit.
- At the time of vacating, 500/- will be deducted from the security deposit towards maintenance.
- The management is not responsible for the loss or damage of personal belongings. Occupants should keep their valuable items in the locker provided.
